More than 20 scholarship awardees of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund, guest musicians and dance artists thrilled the audience with an array of music and dance works, including chamber music, opera, flamenco dance, ballet and contemporary dance. The participating musicians and dance artists included pianists Helen Cha, Amy Sze and Cherry Tsang, violinist Jensen Lung; flautist Angus Lee; clarinetist Johnny Fong; bassoonist Timothy Chan; hornist Hermann Paw; harmonicist Gordon Lee; guitarists Ashley Chan and Stephen Chau; sopranos Yuki Ip, Colette Lam, Jasmine Law and Phoebe Tam; mezzo-soprano Melody Sze; tenor Alex Tam; Flamenco singers Joyce Chiang and Kelleigh Poon; composers Hippocrates Cheng and Hui Cheung-wai; choreographers and dance artists Allen Lam, So Hon-wah and Betty Paige Wong.

The performance was followed by a post-performance Meet-the-artist Session hosted by the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association and an acclaimed percussionist, Dr Lung Heung-wing. The performers exchanged views and discussed their artistic presentation, creative process and ideas, helping the audience to appreciate the performance even more.
